At Cafe Planta, we want your home to feel like a sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
