How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use proprietary eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. Each plant is hydrated before transit and shipped via climate-controlled logistics to ensure it arrives at your doorstep healthy and vibrant.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant or planter is damaged during transit, simply send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer care instructions for new plant parents?
Absolutely. Every Cafe Planta order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new greenery thrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger home decor orders, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay and Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to our greenhouse fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes, as the plants are already being prepared for their journey.

Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our ceramic and terracotta pots are handcrafted by artisanal partners using natural materials, and our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free.
